Slingshot Splat - Complete Game Guide
Slingshot Splat is a classic drag-aim-and-release aiming game. A wooden slingshot sits at the bottom of the screen and targets fly across the sky at different heights and speeds. Pull back the ammo, line up a shot using the trajectory preview, and release to launch. You have 10 shots - make them count.
How to Play
The slingshot sits at the bottom of the screen. Targets drift across the screen from left and right. Press and drag in the opposite direction you want to fire - the further you pull, the more power. A dotted trajectory line previews your shot's path. Release to launch.
- Press and drag down-and-away from the slingshot to aim
- The dotted line shows exactly where your shot will travel
- Release to fire
- Gravity pulls your projectile down during flight - lead your targets
- Run out of ammo and remaining projectiles run their course before game over
Tips and Strategy
- Use the trajectory preview - never fire blindly. Line up the last dot of the preview on the target
- Lead moving targets - aim ahead of their current position
- When a target is close to leaving the screen, don't waste a shot on it
- Hitting a target spawns a new one, so good shots often keep the screen well populated
- Big targets (worth 1 point) are the easiest to hit - use them to get your aim dialled in early
Scoring
Targets come in three sizes. Small fast ones are worth 5 points. Medium targets are worth 2 points. Large slow ones are worth 1 point. Every successful hit can also spawn a fresh target, so accuracy extends your run. With 10 shots and perfect aim on small targets, a theoretical max is 50+ points.
